Job Description

'The Professional Quality Manager is responsible for coordinating and handling customer complaints, ensuring a first response time of 48 hours. They support conducting failure analyses, create appropriate failure reports, and prevent the recurrence of issues. Additionally, they act as the central point of contact between production plants and customers, support in identifying root causes, and help implement immediate corrective actions. They also monitor and document measures to prevent future defects.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handling and coordinating technical complaints
  • Receive and answer the technical complaints initiated by the customers, communicate about the status of the technical complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for coordinating and handling customer complaints.
  • Ensuring a complaint response time of 48h for the first response.
  • Providing the customers with a suitable failure report and avoiding the repetition of failure
  • Acts as the central point of contact for communication between the Plants and the customers.
  • Responsible for investigating the causes of defects in the application with the customer and supporting the plant organization to define the internal root cause and implement immediate actions together with the plants.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of corrective actions in all stages.
  • Monitor and document measures to prevent future defects
  • In case of any Product Defective Information, coordinate the activities across the regions in partnership with the IMS Manager in the Regional Hubs.
  • Conduct Material composition surveys and related activities based on customer’s request
  • Support for customer and certification audits, including tracking of measures

 

Qualifications:

  • 'Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or professional training (specialized training)
  • 5-7 years of professional experience / industry experience
  • Good in English, both verbal and written
  • Note: Extensive relevant experience and demonstrated expertise may substitute for the required degree
