As Vice President Corporate Communication & Branding, you report directly to Executive Management and are responsible for shaping the strategic direction and driving the global execution of corporate communication, brand management, and public affairs across the HARTING Technology Group.
In this highly visible leadership role, you strengthen the company’s international brand presence, ensure consistent communication across all channels, and position Corporate Communication & Branding as a key driver of transformation, growth, and employer attractiveness.
Your responsibilities
- You take overall global responsibility for Corporate Communication & Branding – spanning from internal communication to external positioning.
- In this role, you develop a forward-looking communication and brand strategy and ensure its consistent implementation across all regions.
- You strengthen and sharpen HARTING’s global brand positioning through clear messaging, integrated storytelling, and audience-focused content.
- You shape a consistent and impactful brand presence across all touchpoints while driving communication initiatives to life.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders while positioning the company effectively in the public arena is a core part of your role.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Executive Management, you provide guidance on reputation, positioning, and crisis communication.
- You further develop the Corporate Communication & Branding function, strengthen your teams, and foster effective international collaboration.
Your profile
- University degree in communication, marketing, business, or a comparable field
- Extensive leadership experience in corporate communication, branding, or related functions within an international environment
- Proven track record in developing and implementing global communication and brand strategies
- Strong experience in leading complex organizations and driving transformation initiatives
- Solid expertise in stakeholder and reputation management
- Deep understanding of modern communication channels, digital trends, and brand governance
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Willingness to travel internationally
