Are you passionate about driving innovation from idea to prototype and beyond?


HARTING Technology Group is seeking a dynamic Innovation Engineer to join our Innovation Hub in Odense, Denmark. You’ll play a key role in initiating and executing early-phase innovation projects, collaborating across disciplines, and shaping the future of technology in the robotics sector (including humanoid robotics and drones) and wherever opportunity presents itself.

 

Key Responsibilities:

· Initiate, develop, and drive innovation projects from idea to prototype (TRL 5-6)

· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including universities and research institutes

· Communicate ideas effectively through images, texts and supporting documentation

· Transition projects to product development for industrialization and market launch

· Work transparently and inclusively, sharing information and engaging teams

 

Qualifications & Experience:

· MSc/PhD (or BSc with relevant experience) in in Mechanical, Design/Innovation, Mechatronics, Robotics or Drones

· Experience in product development and early-phase innovation

· Familiarity with CAD and prototyping. Simulations experience is a plus.

· Strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English.

· Willingness to travel (10-30 days per year)
