Job Description
To support end-to-end logistics operations using SAP S/4HANA, including order fulfillment, inventory tracking, and coordination with 3rd-party logistics (3PL) warehouses, ensuring efficient, timely, and compliant movement of goods.
Job Responsibilities:
Order & Shipment Processing (SAP S/4)
- Create and manage sales orders, delivery orders, and shipment documents in SAP S/4HANA
- Process goods issue (GI) and goods receipt (GR) transactions
- Monitor order fulfillment status and ensure on-time delivery
3PL Warehouse Management
- Act as the primary coordinator between company and 3rd-party warehouse (3PL)
- Manage Inbound receiving schedules and Outbound pick/pack/ship activities
- Monitor 3PL performance (accuracy, turnaround time, KPI adherence)
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies (stock variance, damages, delays)
Inventory Control & Reconciliation
- Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP (MM / WM / EWM modules)
- Perform stock reconciliation between SAP and 3PL warehouse reports
- Support Cycle counts and Physical stock takes
- Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
Import/Export Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents:
- Commercial Invoice
- Packing List
- Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and 3PL
- Ensure compliance with:
- Taiwan import/export regulations
- Company SOPs and trade compliance policies
System & Reporting (SAP)
- Update and track shipment status in SAP S/4HANA
- Generate reports:
- Delivery performance
- Inventory movements
- 3PL KPI tracking
- Ensure high data accuracy in system transactions
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with:
- Sales (order fulfillment)
- Procurement (incoming shipments)
- Production / Planning (material availability)
- Coordinate with regional/global logistics teams if required
Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement
- Investigate logistics issues:
- Delivery delays
- Warehouse discrepancies
- System inconsistencies
- Support process improvements for:
- Warehouse efficiency
- Cost optimization
- Lead time reduction
Requirements:
Experience:
- 5 years in logistics / supply chain operations
- Bachelor/College degree or equivalent in Supply Chain Management / Logistics.
- Experience working with 3PL / external warehouse providers
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or SAP ECC
- Exposure to import/export operations is preferred
Technical Skills:
- SAP knowledge, SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), WM / EWM (preferred)
- Understanding of Inventory management, Incoterms & shipping processes
- Proficiency in Excel (tracking, reporting)
Languages
- Mandarin Chinese (required)
- Basic/intermediate English (for documentation & coordination)
