Job description

We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role for our client, a growing organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS records
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
Required Skills
  • Strong sourcing skills across job portals and social platforms
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
  • Understanding of employer branding practices
Good to Have
  • Experience in bulk/volume hiring
  • Exposure to niche or leadership hiring
  • MBA/PGDM in HR
