Functional objectives                                                                                                

• To support Fin. manager budget preparation and manage yearly TP calculation and provide cost analysis report to company competence center.
• To lead and manage Cost controlling accountant and Tax accountant daily works, company tax risk control.                                                                                                 
• To monitor controlling function for branches and give supports to other production plant

Is responsible for:                                                                                        

• Develop, review and monitor cost analysis reports and provide suggestion to company.
• Lead and develop cost controlling accountant for daily cost analysis skill, internal order management.                                                                                           
• Manage and arrange annual budget preparation process of LE1~LE3, including cost planning, cost center review, ensure accurate disbution and cost allocation.                  
• Analyze and calculate cost tariff by cost center after LE3, compare the difference with last year.                                                                                                 
• Consult with Purchase dept. and maintain Plan price 1 and Plan price 2 in August and March.                                                                                            
• Update yearly cost calculation for cost variant ZPC4, ZPC6 and ZSIM in SAP.                             
• Update TP calculation to HARTING production plant every March.                                                     
• Lead and develop tax accountant to control company tax risk.                                                              
• Support department projects, yearly audit, subsidy application.                                                         
• Maintain and share update cost knowledge with finance members and engineers.               
• Other tasks assigned by team leader.                 

Education and professional knowledge:                                                                                    

• University degree in finance or accounting qualification.                                                                            
• Minimum 8 years of finance working experience of which 5 years in manufacturers for controllling.                                                                                                
• Experience in preparation of budget and forecast is a must.                                                                    
• Good experience in cost controlling is preferred.                                                                                              
• Good Digital skills and knowledge of Excel and SAP costing module.                                                         
• Good Knowledge of KPI management.                                                                                     
• Good skills in accounting and taxation regulation.                                                                                            
• Good Business level in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
