Job Description
This role will serve as the key account manager for key customer, acting as the primary liaison between key customer, subcontractors, and internal teams. Responsibilities include managing new projects, coordinating orders and deliveries, ensuring price alignment, and resolving logistics and inspection issues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Account Management
- Key person to communicate with key customer
- Liaise with Global Program Management on new projects
- Provide quotation to ensure price alignment
- Work with key customer on forecast & pull data from customer portal
- Coordinate with manufacturing plant & key customer on orders & deliveries (monitoring & escalation)
- Responsible for allocation
- Coordinate with respective Local Subsidiary function to resolve logistic and inspection issues
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or professional training (specialized training)
- First professional experience desirable in the relevant field Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Note: Extensive relevant experience and demonstrated expertise may substitute for the required degree
