Executive Assistant to Managing Director

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful Executive Assistant to Managing Director. In addition to the administrative support to the Managing Directors, this role includes responsibility for conducting data analysis and secondary research to support strategic initiatives and decision making for APAC region.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Executive Administrative Support:

  1. Administrative support to APAC MD, and MD for SEA, TW, ANZ, in the area of appointments, meetings and travel arrangements.
  2. Support correspondence, presentations and other documents
  3. Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  4. Serve as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders
  5. Tasks assigned by APAC MD, and MD for SEA, TW, ANZ

 

2) Data Analysis & Secondary research Support :

  1. Collect, analyze internal and external datasets relevant to the company’s operations and strategic goals
  2. Support MD with data-driven analysis for business planning and performance tracking
  3. Conduct in-depth analysis on pipeline management from CRM system

 

 

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma holders or bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field.
  2. 3 to 5 years' experience in an executive assistant or business support role
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with data analysis tools is an asset
  4. Strong analytical thinking
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion
