Job Description

Develop and execute tailored region-wide marketing campaigns, decide on channel strategies, ensure synchronized rollout and performance monitoring, leverage headquarter/local campaigns, manage local leads and website design, implement advertising and digital marketing strategies, develop advertising materials, oversee SEO strategy, plan and run local events/tradeshows, and coordinate with distribution partners for marketing communication.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute regional digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
  • Deploy the global marketing channel strategy for both product and industry campaigns, ensuring synchronized rollout, including offline and online channels and tools.
  • Monitor and evaluate campaign performance and effectiveness.
  • Manage local leads up to MQL using the standard lead process.
  • Manage and update the local website in line with the global and regional corporate and product strategy.
  • Develop and use advertising materials ensuring alignment with global HARTING marketing standards.
  • Implement the local SEO strategy, including content and targets.
  • Plan and run individual local events and tradeshows including negotiating with partners / agencies and managing resourcing and procurement.
  • Work with sales to support distribution partners with marketing communication campaigns and materials, in line with the HARTING global strategy.
  • Leverage global content to meet regional marketing requirements.
  • Evaluate campaign data and end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points to improve campaigns and ROI.
  • Further activities will be defined as Field Marketing evolves in the region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or professional training (Fachausbildung)
  • Several years of professional and management experience in the relevant field
  • Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
  • Note: Extensive relevant experience and demonstrated expertise may substitute for the required degree
