     Job Title: RPA Developer

Reporting: Engineering Manager

Functional objectives:

1. Develop and implement automation projects based on programming sequences via software (preferably UiPath).

2. Recommend and implement improvements to processes, methods, and controls.

Is responsible for:

 Business process analysis and design.

 Development of process automation solutions within an international team using UiPath.

 Documentation of the designed RPA processes.

 Independent operation, optimization, and maintenance of the RPA system.

 Contact person for RPA-related issues.

 Document improvements and calculate savings from RPA implementations.

 Make recommendations to the organization to achieve maximum production capacity and efficiency.

 Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

 Represents RPA on cross-functional teams.

 Understands the quality policy and quality objectives.

 Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with the documented quality system.

 Recommends and implements improvements to activities and processes within the quality system.

Education and professional knowledge:

 1 a 2 años de experiencia laboral en ingeniería en área de programación de software.

 Information Technology Engineering, Software Programming Engineering, or similar field.

 1 to 2 years of work experience in software programming engineering.

Functional, technical and individual competences required:

 Knowledge of software development in programming languages ​​(Java, C#, .NET).

 Knowledge of RPA development with UiPath.

 Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization.

 SAP proficiency.

 MS Office proficiency.

 CAD software proficiency.

 Advanced English.
