We are seeking a Production Planner responsible for developing and managing production schedules to ensure customer demand is met efficiently.

 

The role balances production capacity, material availability, labor, and inventory levels to optimize manufacturing performance and on-time delivery.

 

Key Activities

 

  • Create and maintain production schedules based on customer demand and forecasts.
  • Analyze production capacity, labor, and equipment availability.
  • Coordinate with Material Buyers to ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as required.
  • Manage production priorities to meet delivery commitments.
  • Review inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Identify and resolve production constraints or bottlenecks.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, and Customer Service teams.
  • Track and report KPIs such as schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization.

 

Education and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1-2 years of related experience in similar activities
  • Good negotiation capabilities preferred.
  • Experience in automotive, electrical, assembly desired is a plus.
  • Experience with SAP MM / PP
