Responsibilities:

• Main user of SAP S/4 for operational controlling topics, e.g., product costing, cost center accounting, variance analysis;
• Interface to Corporate Controlling as the direct contact person for inquiries from the Executive Board;
• Ensuring accuracy, e.g., in cost center accounting, profit center accounting, costing methods, and tariff calculation according to the Group's requirements ;
• Continuous review of global planning guidelines for production companies and support of local planning processes;
• Further development of global operational controlling and reporting, e.g., investments, production costs, and inventory potential for the GBUs and other stakeholders;
• Responsible for special analyses and business cases with strategic implications;
• Management of global projects in the area of ​​operations controlling;
• Conducting training for new employees on operational controlling topics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable professional qualification;
• Minimum 5-7 years of professional/industry experience;
• Excellent written and spoken English skills (depending on the position).
