Regional (EMEA) Performance & Inventory Manager

- Monitoring inventory development and compilation across all production sites (production facilities, warehouses, etc.) using analysis tools and in cooperation with global units
- Planning inventory deviations and potential and implementing necessary measures for inventory optimisation in cooperation with the relevant interfaces
- Carrying out regular inventory checks in accordance with operational and legal requirements in cooperation with Controlling
- Triggering and controlling the further use of excess inventory
- Coordinating and tracking strategic inventory
- Carrying out simulations to develop inventory levels and service levels
- Driving jointly agreed improvements

- Degree in business administration or a technical field or comparable qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the SCM environment
- Assertive in a national environment
- Digital Lean
- High level of competence in data analytics
- Very good English skills
- Very good ERP/SAP skills
- Experience in project and process management
