Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Administrative Specialist to join our team in Romania. This role will support HR operations across the EMEA region and focus on administrative tasks such as posting job advertisements and organizing interviews. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an international environment and collaborating with colleagues across borders.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creation of HR documents along the employee life cycle;
  • Participation in supporting the HR business partner in the implementation of HR processes along the employee life cycle, e.g., recruiting, employee support, personnel planning and separation processes;
  • Participation in regional HR projects, including automation and digitalization, to drive process improvements and growth;
  • Create and publish job postings on relevant platforms;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and records;
  • Support general HR administrative processes across EMEA.

 

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience);
  • Initial experience in HR administration or a similar role is a plus;
  • Strong command of written and spoken English;
  • Experience working in a multinational or cross-border team is desirable.

 

Basic Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills in English;
  • Ability to work in an international team and support colleagues;
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills;
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and workflows;
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

 

Functional specific Skill

  • Work experience with SAP Success Factors;
  • SAP HCM, ideally with Employee Central as well, is desirable;
  • Strong knowledge in maintaining and managing master data.
