Junior RPA consultant

Functional Objectives
- Assist with the implementation, support, and troubleshooting of RPA systems and processes.
- Work closely with senior team members to learn industry standards and best practices.
Is responsible for:
- Monitor and support RPA processes, including data transfer between systems.
- Work under supervision to troubleshoot and resolve basic RPA-related issues.
- Learn and assist with creating, testing, and validating RPA processes
- Communicate any identified issues or discrepancies effectively.
- Assist in the documentation of RPA processes
Education and professional knowledge:
- Qualification in Computer Engineering, Communications technology, Mechatronics, or vocational training with additional qualifications (for example, Technician in software development)
- Basic knowledge of IT fundamentals (e.g., networks, databases).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data processing
- Spoken and written English
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to take guidance from senior members
