What This Role Is All About
- Formulate local product/marketing/application strategy to support the global/local business development.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of target markets, customer industry requirements and trends to identify new application scenarios and market opportunities. Drive product innovation and optimisation, providing strategic recommendations and solutions for product development.
- Provide high-level technical support to customers and sales teams, participate in technical exchanges for key projects, and develop and deliver standard/customized product application solutions together with other stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, R&D, production and other departments to ensure seamless product launch implementation from development to deployment, enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Participate in full product lifecycle management, encompassing product definition, market launch, performance enhancement, and end-of-life processes, to maintain sustained product competitiveness.
- Monitor the latest industry technological developments, competition landscape and market trends, promptly feeding cutting-edge technologies and applications into company product roadmap planning to continuously optimize existing product functionality or enhance user experience.
- Maintain strong collaborative relationships with key customers through regular visits and feedback collection to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Organize and deliver internal and external product training to enhance product application capabilities among teams and clients.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Electronics, Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience of team management or leadership role.
- Solid (minimum 5 years) product management experience within the connectivity industry or related sectors, demonstrating robust technical expertise and market acumen.
- Possess strong project management capabilities and cross-departmental communication and coordination skills.
- Demonstrated ownership, customer on-top orientation and problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated capacity for rapid learning and strong teamwork ethos, with resilience to frequent travel and high-pressure work environments.
- Candidates with experience in multinational corporations will be prioritized.
- Fluent English communication skills enabling technical discussions as a working language.
