  •  What This Role Is All About

     

    • Promote company products and solutions within the responsible region
    • Actively seek market opportunities, develop new customers, and expand business in the responsible region
    • Manage and maintain the sales funnel according to the sales process
    • Conduct project management (internal and external), serving key local and international customers
    • Monitor market and competitor trends, and provide timely feedback on market information
    • Establish regional forecasts based on customer classification
    • Ensure comprehensive maintenance of customer relationship management (CRM) in the responsible region

     

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    • Bachelors degree or above in Automation, Computer Science, Microelectronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics, or other related fields
    • Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
    • More than three years of sales experience with industrial connectors, industrial control products, or electromechanical products
    • Familiar with business development processes for mechanical equipment, non-standard automation, semiconductor, or data center related customers
    • Able to independently formulate customer sales strategies according to company sales strategy and achieve company sales targets
    • Experience and capability in value-based sales, such as project-based or solution-based sales
    • Proficient in office software and familiar with CRM customer management system operations
    • Sales background in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred
