Job Purpose
As the Senior Talent Acquisition APAC, this role will drive regional talent acquisition initiatives and employer branding that support the APAC business and strategy in alignment with the global HR strategy. This role will serve as the talent acquisition expert for the region and is responsible for implementing, designing, or adapting regional and local talent acquisition initiatives based on CoE guidelines or regional requirements. This role will be a member of the APAC HR Core Team and serve as a point of contact for executives, managers, employees, and HR Business Partners in APAC.
Job Responsibilities:
- In partnership with the global recruiting CoE, lead all regional talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives and processes
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, selection support, and offer/onboarding coordination
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines
- Drive proactive sourcing across multiple channels (databases, referrals, networking, talent communities) and build/maintain strong talent pipelines
- Ensure a positive candidate experience end-to-end, including coordination of assessments, reference checks, and pre-employment checks where applicable
- Maintain recruitment tracking, dashboards, and transparent pipeline reporting, leverage insights to optimize sourcing effectiveness and time-to-hire
- Support employer branding initiatives and build partnerships with external parties to strengthen EVP visibility and long-term pipelines
- Provide coaching and mentorship to local HR team member focused on talent acquisition and employer branding
- Support local HR operational tasks
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition including proactive sourcing & stakeholder management and preferably other areas of HR
- Experience with employer branding is a strong plus
- Strong interviewing and selection capabilities, confident partnering with hiring managers across functions
- Excellent communication and the ability to translate business needs into compelling candidate messaging
- Comfortable using recruiting systems/tools, social media fluency is a plus
- Experience supporting commercial and operations teams is highly desirable
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed, and international environment
