Tasks and Responsibilities:

 

  • Leads the end-to-end delivery of complex projects (and programs) across functions and regions.
  • Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.
  • Develops and manages detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Coordinates resources, stakeholders, and dependencies across involved teams.
  • Identifies, assesses, and manages project risks, issues, and changes.
  • Ensures adherence to governance, project management standards, and reporting requirements.
  • Drives alignment with business objectives and ensures realization of expected outcomes.
  • Monitors project (and program) progress, performance, and budget utilization.
  • Provides regular and transparent communication to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Facilitates decision-making and resolves escalations within the project.
  • Ensures high-quality deliverables and stakeholder satisfaction.

 

Qualifications: 

 

  • Proven experience in managing complex projects (and programs) in a cross-functional environment.
  • Strong project management expertise and certification (e.g., IPMA C/B, PMI, PRINCE2, Agile frameworks).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities .
  • Ability to manage priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in budget tracking and resource coordination.

  • Owns project planning, execution, and delivery within defined scope and authority.
  • Makes decisions on project-level risks, issues, and changes.
  • Drives prioritization of tasks and resources within the project.
  • Escalates critical topics to Project Sponsor or governance bodies when required.
  • Ensures accurate and timely project reporting.
