Functional objectives

• Development of assembly process for new projects (Connector product)
• Optimizing existing assembly process to maintain a stable production
• Ensure to reach the factory’s targets by continous improvement

Is responsible for                                         

• Co-operate with R&D engineers to develop production process for new projects
• Planning to buy and approval for new assembly machine, fixtures

• PFMEA creation for new projects with cross-function team
• Making and verifying ISIR for new projects with R&D and Quality team
• Solve daily production/process issues with cross-function team
• SAP master data creation and updates. E.g, BOM, Routing, Work Centers.
• Creation and updates of manufacturing cost calculations
• Creation and implementaion of standard production documents like work instructions.
• Push lean manufacturing, improve the line balance, optimize material flow and production process according to HARlis principle, increase production output and make cost down.
• Other duties assigned by the Manager

Education and professional knowledge

• University degree in Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant industry, prefer in assembly company
• Experienced in at Flow chart, P-FMEA, Poka Yoke, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk),  cycle time measurement, Enginnering Change Request, 4M change, Working instruction creation.
• Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in SAP.
• Independent work attitude
• Good English written skill and capable of oral communication in English.
