Job Description

Receiving, checking, and processing supplier and employee invoices/ collection from customers, and issuing invoices for the HARTING Technology Group. Planning payments/ assist in collection, reconciling accounts payable/ receivable, and resolving discrepancies. Acting as the contact person for supplier inquiries regarding invoices and payments. Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation. Assisting with compliance, report preparation, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Receiving, checking and processing supplier invoices for the HARTING Technology Group
  • Planning and executing payments to suppliers and service providers
  • Maintaining collection from customers in a timely manner
  • Maintaining customers’ credit profile
  • Regular reconciliation of accounts payable and/ or accounts receivable and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Point of contact for suppliers and customers regarding accounting
  • Maintain accurate and clear financial records and supporting documentation for all transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis for management review.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and accuracy.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training
  • 1-5 years of professional experience / industry experience
  • Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
  • Note: Extensive relevant experience and proven expertise may substitute for the required degree.
