Logistics Coordinator

Is responsible for

  • Coordinate the activities of picking, packaging, identification and loading of products.
  • Issue invoices for deliveries (NFE) and nationalization of imports.
  • Control the exits and entrances of the stocks, physically and systemically.
  • Coordinate material receiving activities at Harting Brazil.
  • Make invoices (NFE) entries for inputs, materials and returns in SAP.
  • Coordinate the inventories carried out on Harting Brazil's stocks.
  • Conduct continuous improvement activities in the Logistics and Warehouse Management processes.
  • Coordinate the delivery routes under the responsibility of Harting Brazil.
  • Coordinate requests for deliveries under customer responsibilities.
  • Management and answering of Customer Complaints originated in Logistics

Education and professional knowledge

 

  • High school completed.
  • Preferably has technical course in Logistics or Supply Chain.
  • Knowledge in warehouse management.
  • Basic knowledge of billing and tax documents (NFE).
  • Knowledge of kaizen techniques.
  • Knowledge of SAP Logistics and Inventory Management modules.
  • Basic knowledge of the MS Office package.
