Tasks:
- Provide strategic leadership and set annual and midterm targets for the product division, supporting the development and execution of GBU strategies
- Drive collaboration between global and regional teams to expand sales and develop a deep understanding of customer applications and competitor solutions
- Initiate and oversee new product development, harmonizing technical and economic requirements, and integrating new concepts into the product realization process
- Manage the entire product life cycle, including market launches, volume monitoring, cost management, and transfer pricing
- Develop and deliver advanced training programs, support technical inquiries, and represent HARTING in industry committees and user organizations
Profile:
- Master’s degree/diploma in a relevant field
- Several years of professional and management experience in the relevant field
- Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written
- Note: Extensive relevant experience and demonstrated expertise may substitute for the required degree
