Functional objectives          
n  Organizing warehouse daily operation, ensuring stock consistency of SAP system and physical goods 
n  Leading and driving strong team working environment, continuous improvements on processes, service and safety

Is responsible for:          
n  Coordinate inbound and outbound deliveries of raw materials, semi-finished, trading, and finished goods accurately and on time.
n  Organizing warehouse cycle-counting and annual stocktaking, analysis of root causes and countermeasures
n  Standardize and optimize warehouse and shopfloor material management processes, including transportation and Kanban flow.
n  Monitoring of key performance indicators, analysis the root cause and organizing team members to take corrective actions, evaluating corrective action effectiveness 
n  Following global process and local warehouse instruction to handle inbound shipment discprepancy & logistic complaint
n  Optimization of material distribution routing, continuous improving warehouse bins utlization through analysis of high runner, slow mover and non-mover
n  Organizing chemical material handling, making sure chemical material temporary storage, GR & GI process in line with safety and environment requirement
n  Oversee warehouse equipment and fixtures, identify potential safety risks, and coordinate preventive actions with EHS teams.
n  Provide recommendations for warehouse layout and space utilization improvements.
n  Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and lead problem-solving activities when breakdowns occur.
Education and professional knowledge:         
n  Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business, operations management or similar field
n  Minimum 3 years of experiences in warehouse or logistics experiences preferred. Lean Six Sigma experience a plus
n  Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, ERP system (preferable SAP), knowledge and experiences of ISO/TS 22163, ISO 14000
n  Good communication and people management skills, time management skills    
n  Self-motivated and strong analysis skill, initiactive and open mind
n  Good in verbal and written English
