Functional objectives

• Ensure the quality KPIs are fulfilling the targets
• Ensure a frequent monitoring of the production processes and output regarding quality aspects
• Ensure a continuous improvement of quality aspects
• Ensure a professional communication of all quality related topics

Is responsible for                                            

• Handling & lead cross function team for external & internal quality complaints
• Creating & maintain quality documents (Control Plan, Working Instruction, Check sheet...)
• Creating and follow up PPAP of new projects
• Management of test equipment calibration, replacement, purchasing and planning for new project
• Support on internal/external audit
• Cooperate with other department and representing the quality perspective during the daily Shop Floor Meeting
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Manager

Education and professional knowledge

• University degree in engineering field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management in the relevant industry.
• Experience with Quality Management tools like SPC, A3 Report, FMEA, Ishikawa, 8D, 5 Why, ….
• Experience in manufacturing company and manufacturing process is a must, preferably in semi-auto assembly, injection molding, die-casting, aluminum machining.
• Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in the quality module of SAP.
• Adequate knowledge of and practical experience in the standards of ISO 9001; ISO 14001 & IATF 16949 is optional
• Good English written skill and capable of oral communication in English.
