Functional objectives

• Ensure that materials are obtained from reliable and stable sources with the optimal cost, quality and leadtime.
• To execute the processes of purchasing and supplier management and comply with local law

Is responsible for                                           

• All NPR materials, including equipment and services are purchased from the legal sources in a way compliance with relevant laws and regulations

• Process inquiries and purchase requisitions for NPR materials efficiently via effective activities of inquiry, sourcing, supplier approval and price negotiation to ensure the smooth and stable supply to the organization
• Optimize continously the purchase price, terms and conditions and delivery time of NPR materails via the joint efforts with the purchase requisitioner
• Maintain SAP purchasing module to ensure its effective operations.
• Handle the documentation and digitalization of the purchasing procesess and activities.
• Other duties assigned by the Purchasing Supervisor

Education and professional knowledge

• University degree in international business, economics or engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing or purchasing.
• Knowledge of purchasing processes, international trade terms and tax.  Practical experience in purchasing NPR materials is preferred.
• Basic knowledage of the supplier management system of ISO 9001.
• Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably familiar with purchasing modules of ERP / SAP.
• Independent work attitude
• Good English written skill and capable of oral communication in English.
