Functional objectives
- Organize, lead and execute HCS projects according to the HARTING procedures, standards and instructions in such a way that the project targets will be realized.
- Taking care of balancing the work-load, tracking the schedule, preventing and solving problems to guarantee on-time delivery, control the costs and optimizing the project work-flow in all aspects for continuous improvement.
- Create CAD drawing for HCS projects to help support the development and growth of HCS business within the Asian region.
Is responsible for
- Product feasibility study

- Cooperate with sales engineer & product manager to understand the requirements from customer then propose a design concept of product, including connectors, cables, other acessories,..
- Calculating the manufacturing cost and investment by cooperating with Purchasing for materials, Industrial Engineer for process & invesment,…….
- Project plan

- Organize project team members to confirm the customer speification and quality criteria.
- Plan the project in general, set the project schedule and allocate resources, get commitment from all stakeholders and control the costs.
- Cooperate with team leaders to define roles and authorities of project members.
- Project plan communication and management internally and externally.
- Project risk identification and management.
- Coordination and Control
- Coordinate the project members to update work status in time, for keeping the transparency of information.
- Coordinate project communication regularly, share information, organize meetings, find problems, and monitor the execution status of action items.
- Coordinate the management of changes in the project, avoid delay to whole produce phase.
- Drawing creation
- Creation of production-ready 2D assemblies and drawings of customer-specific products, circuit diagrams, data sheets and parts lists using the CAD system NX
- Creating informational materials such as product documentation, catalog sketches, slides, lectures, etc.
- Drawing filing as well as drawing management and distribution with the aid of the EDP system SAP PLM (Product Lifecycle Management).
- Other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager
Education and professional knowledge
- University degree in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Project Management
- Good ability to adapt fast project schedules and rapidly changing business environment.
- Good CAD knowledge; NX is prefered
- Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in SAP.
- Good teamwork skills and excellent co-operation, flexibility and negotiation skills.
- Good English writing and communication
