Functional objectives

• Handle relocation, duplication project & 4M, make sure the project can SOP smoothly
• Optimizing existing assembly processes to maintain stable production
• Ensure to reach the factory’s targets by continous improvement

Is responsible for                                         

• Co-operate with other factories (CN, DE, MX, UK, …) for 4M projects
• Planning for necessary assembly fixtures/tooling

• Making and verifying ISIR for 4M projects with cross-function team
• Solving daily production/process issues with cross-function team
• SAP master data creation and updates. E.g, BOM, Routing (cycle time),…
• Creation and updates of manufacturing cost calculations
• Creation and updates of production documents. E.g. Flow chart, work instructions,…
• Push lean manufacturing, improve the line balance, optimize material flow and production process according to lean principle, increase production output and cost saving.
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor/Manager

Education and professional knowledge

• University degree in Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience in the relevant industry, prefer in assembly & mechanical treatment
• Experienced in Flow chart, P-FMEA, Poka Yoke, Process Capability (Cp/Cpk), cycle time measurement, 4M change, Working instruction creation.
• Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in SAP.
• Independent work attitude
• Good English written skill and capable of oral communication in English.
