Job location: Hanoi/ Hai Phong

• Functional objectives
  Development of processing in new and relocation EL connectors.
• Other duties may be assigned, please attach further Job Profile, if appropriate!

• Is responsible for:
  Process Design Engineering Assist PD engineers to develop and review the design of new projects. Prepare PFMEA for new projects if required. Check and design the process for new projects.
• Calcuation and investment Do cost calculation and provide quotations to project leader. Plan and implement investment budget for new projects.
• System maintain Setup and maintain work flow of in SAP, e.g. master data, work plan, bill of material, production tools and routing etc in SAP.
• Equipment/Fixture/Tool Prepare all necessary assembly fixtures/tool for new products. Check and approve the specified equipment functionality, workmanship and quality.
• Ramp-up Make new and relocation samples with PD and local IE. Prepare all necessary documents and tools for pilot run. Implement pilot run of new and relocation production. Hold transfer meeting for new and relocation products to Production.
• Push lean manufacturing, improve the line balance, optimize material flow and production process according to HARlis principle, increase production output and make cost down.
• Measure the standard working time for new product, accordingly update the routing time in SAP system in time.
• Supervise running connectors' technologies, solve daily problems and quality issues from all connectors production lines.
• Prepare capacity plans and utilisation schedules for production equipment;determine type and quantity of necessary equipment and implement all procurement.
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Manager.

• Education and professional knowledge:
  Bachelor degree or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in NPI, process engineering
• Good communication in English
