Is responsible for:          
n  According to Vietnam customs Laws and Regulations to prepare and declare import and export materials, trading goods, finished goods, tools, equipments etc.
n  Having customer oriented conscious, closely working with MRP controller & warehouse for smoothly arranging inbound and outbound shipments.
n  Applying Country of Origin Certifiate based on Customer or Customs requirement.
n  Continuously improving and optimizing customs clearance processes.
n  Recording import and export declared documents based on requirements from Vietnam Customs.
n  Developing and maintaining an adequate forwarder pool to achive most freight effective.
n  Coordinating with APAC Logistics team & EDC to develop more forwarders to bring the freight rate effective   
n  Consciously controlling and reducing transportion cost and transportation time.
n  Regularly evaluating forwarder's delivery performance, working with forwarder for performance improvement.
n  Working with Insurance company claiming damaged shipment, follow-up customer complaint related to logistics issues.
n  Regularly maintaining and updating H.S code & Country of Origin in the system

n  Maintaining and regular updating the shipping and routing guidelines
Education and professional knowledge:         
n  Bachelor's degree in Logistics or similar fields
n  Minimum 3 year working experience at customs clearance, shipping or logistics field.
n  Knowldege and experiences with Vietnam import/export controls as well as customs regulations, international and domestic transportation management & Incoterms
n  Good command of MS Office
n  Experience with SAP/ERP systems is preferred.
n  Good communication and people management skills, time management skills  
n  Self-motivated and strong analysis skill, initiactive and open mind
n  Good in verbal and written English
