Functional objectives

• Development of plastic injection parameters for new and relocation projects
• Ensure all injection machines are in good condition and ready for serial production
• Optimizing existing processes and parameter setting to maintain stable production
• Ensure to reach the defined KPIs through the shop floor management & daily activities

Is responsible for                                         

• Analysis, definition and optimization of process-relevant parameters (e.g. injection parameters)
• Solve daily issues related to injection process
• Planning for necessary injection grippers for new projects

• Making and verifying ISIR for injection parts for new and relocation projects with R&D and Quality team
• Monitoring OEE of injection process, machine ultilization
• Setup and maintain workflow of connectors in SAP, e.g. master data, work plan, bill of material, production tools and routing etc in SAP.  
• Push lean manufacturing, increase production output and make costs down.
• Other duties assigned by the Supervisor and Manager

Education and professional knowledge

• University degree in Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience in plastic injection molding
• Familiar with the plastic injection parameters, robot program, …
• Experienced in at PFMEA, Poka Yoke, cycle time measurement, ECR
• Good Digital skills and knowledge of MS Office, preferably with experience in SAP.
• Good English written skill and capable of oral communication in English.
