Industrial Engineer New Products

Functional objectives                        
- Development of manufacturing processes for new products, and other projects.   

                        
Is responsible for:                        
- Design & industrialization of all necessary manufacturing processes within assigned projects including the planning, procurement, and implementation of the required manufacturing equipment (according the milestone system & other applicable procedures).                        
- Introduction and hand over of new production equipment to mass production (process validation incl. trial, and pilot runs).                       
- Manufacturing cost and investment estimation and ensure compliance to the estimation.                       
- Implementation of lean manufacturing processes (line balance, gapless material flow, ergonomic workplaces etc.).                    
- Evaluate concepts studies for the project- and location-decision (before project start).         
- Other duties assigned by the Opertation Manager                        
- Manufacturing process implementation in assigned life cycle management projects.                       
                        
Education and professional knowledge:                          
- University degree in technology/mechanical engineering.                        
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing process development, NPI or related jobs.                        
- Good in English communication
