Administrative Generalist
Functional objectives | ||||||
n To assist in all aspects of HR. | ||||||
Is responsible for: | ||||||
n Employee attendance/OT/leave management, provide abnormity data for futher analysis. |
||||||
n Handle employment contract |
||||||
n Incharge for insurance included social insurance and company insurance | ||||||
n Assist to maintain the procedures of HR: hiring, transfer, promotion and resignation. | ||||||
n Manage expatriate’s relocation; work permit, visa referral update & visa package preparing for local employees. |
||||||
n Responsible for visitor management including hotel, ticket, visa and transportation arrangement. |
||||||
n Responsible for company license renewal, follow report to gorvenment | ||||||
n Support with team on planning and organizing company activities (events, company culture, team building. |
||||||
n Other tasks assigned. |
||||||
Education and professional knowledge: | ||||||
n University degree in Human Resources major or related fields | ||||||
n Minimum 3 years of experience in HR functions. | ||||||
n Good command of English skill. | ||||||
n Familiar with local labor law and regulations. | ||||||
n Good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills. | ||||||
n Be consistent and self-discipline. |
