About the Role:
- Assist in updating internal databases (e.g., recording sick or maternity leave).
- Help prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides.
- Coordinate with external partners, like temporary work vendors.
- Compile regular reports and assist in creating presentations.
- Respond to managers' or employees' queries about HR-related issues.
- Assist in the implementation and establishment of new processes to enhance standards (Best Practice).
- Contribute to interdisciplinary projects (operational and strategic), with a focus on utilizing digitalization.
- As required, support to the payroll department by collecting and sharing relevant employee information (e.g., leaves of absence, sick days, work schedules).
- Support HR projects (e.g., assist in organizing a job fair event).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or professional training.
- Professional experience in a relevant field is desirable.
- Excellent proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
