POSITION SUMMARY
HARTING Company Introduction– High-performance connection technology forms the basis of industrial application and product technology. The HARTING range of products and solutions comprises connectors, device connection technology and network components. HARTING products connect machines and facilities via data, signal and power. HARTING employees around 6,300 people across its 42 sales companies and 14 production locations.
We are looking for the talented candidates for the position of General Manager of HARTING (Vietnam). The candidate needs to have proven capabilities for overall management in manufacturing company. This position is based in VSIP IZ, Hai Phong City (formerly Hai Duong), Vietnam.

Work Experience |
Required: |
Several years in General Manager position in a Japanese-, American-, European- or Taiwanese company dealing with electromechanical products preferably connectors. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment, at least 5 years of managerial experience.

Three years of working experience in China /Asia is strongly preferred. |

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Overall management in China Manufacturing Subsidiary. Take accountable for business growth and profit increase.
- Leading the implementation of the resolutions of the Board of Directors.
- Implementing the company's overall strategy: organizing and implementing the company's development strategy, exploring market opportunities, and leading innovation and change.
- Organizing the formulation, revision and implementation of the company's annual business plan in accordance with the annual business objectives issued by the board of directors.
- Responsible for maintaining good communication with the board of directors; report regularly to the board of directors on the implementation of business strategies and plans, the use of funds and profits and losses, the allocation of institutions and personnel and other important matters.
- Leading the establishment of companies and customers, suppliers, partners, superior authorities, and government. Smooth communication channels between government agencies, financial institutions, media and other departments.
- Leaders to carry out social and public relations activities of the company, establish a good corporate image, leadership to establish good communication channels within the company.
- Supervising and promoting key management processes and regulations, optimize and adjust the organization and process in time, create corporate culture atmosphere, improve corporate identification system, and shape and strengthen corporate values.
