Field Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Actively promote the company's products and solutions in the responsible area
- Actively seek market opportunities, develop new customers and expand business in the responsible area
- Manage and maintain the sales funnel according to the ideal sales process
- Project management (internal and external) and coordination with local and international key accounts
- Monitor market and competitor dynamics and provide timely feedback on market information
- Create territory forecasts by customer segmentation
- Ensure that Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is fully maintained at all times in the area of responsibility
- Develop business with the local distribution/agent network and coordinate technical support to distributors/agents.
- Execute and maintain all contracts and purchasing agreements for the region.
Requirements:
- College degree or above in Mechanical Design and Manufacturing Automation, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering related disciplines
- Good oral and written English communication skills (ability and experience enough, can be reduced to English 4, need to be able to read and understand English technical information and English mail writing ability)
- Sales experience in industrial automation electrical products
- Familiar with the lithium industry customer development, familiar with large lithium EU and OEM customers is preferred
- Able to independently develop customer sales strategy according to the company's sales strategy, to complete the sales target set by the company
- Have project type, program type and other value sales experience and ability
- Proficient in the use of office software, familiar with the operation of CRM customer management system
- Sales experience in foreign company is preferred
