We are looking for a Global Process Owner and Business Partner to drive the evolution of demand planning process as well as system landscape in the area of Demand and Capacity Planning.
You will take ownership of global demand planning processes, drive and support development of IBP solution as well as demand planning process, across global HARTING network, working cross regionally, within matrix organisation.
You will support the organisation and own development of digital tools, and continuous improvement initiatives to elevate demand planning capabilities. Operating at a global scale, you will ensure best-in-class performance and influence business results as well as create better efficiency within the organisation.
Your Role:
- Act as a strategic interface between IT and Operations, leading IBP Implementation Project, focusing on developing demand functionality as well as better network planning in terms of inventory impact
- Define system requirements in alignment with global stakeholders and standards
- Support the rollout of SAP IBP across the global supply chain, including development and ownership of the process
- Develop documentation, training materials, and conduct user training sessions to ensure high user adoption and competence.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure seamless system integration and process alignment
- Continuously improve and adapt existing SAP processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Your Profile:
- Degree in Supply Chain Management or similar, with 6+ years of relevant experience in FMCG or industrial sectors.
- Advanced operational expertise in demand planning, statistical forecasting, and application of Advanced Planning Systems (preferably SAP IBP), with good understanding of process interdependencies.
- Focused on process efficiency, especially in Demand & Capacity Management.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office; SAP IBP experience is a plus.
- Capable of driving innovation and solving complex problems within supply chain functions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; fluent in English (German is a plus); comfortable in multinational environments.
