We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor that supports and Supervise the receiving, storing and movement of finished products in our distribution organization and raw materials in our production organization from vendor to customer in the most accurate, efficient cost effective and timely manner.


To succeed in this role, you will be highly driven to:

 

  • Supervise daily warehouse operations of incoming and outgoing materials
  • Complete daily invoicing
  • Assist in meeting monthly shipping/backlog targets
  • Coordinate daily freight pick-ups to support customer orders
  • Schedule employee work hours and time off
  • Determine work procedures and expediting workflow when necessary
  • Complete employee performance reviews and disciplinary actions, if necessary
  • Advise employees on care and preservation of items received, stored and shipped, including all methods of handling, storing, maintaining and shipping stock and use of applicable equipment
  • Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws for employees in receiving, stock movement and shipping. 
  • Assists in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.



Skills And Experience to Thrive In This Role

  • Experience in SAP System Required
  • High School Diploma or General Education (GED)
  • At least 3 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

HARTING USA offers an attractive total compensation package and employee benefits, including:

Compensation

HARTING's Total Compensation Structure includes a Base Salary and Bonus Percentage.

  • Competitive base salary: $80,000 - $90,000 (commensurate with experience, subject to change dependent on physical location).
  • This role is eligible for a 5% discretionary annual bonus.
