The Regional Global Mobility Manager is responsible for the end-to-end execution of HARTING's global mobility programs, ensuring seamless and compliant international movement of employees. The role manages international assignments, mobility-related compliance, vendor coordination, compensation and payroll processes, and employee support throughout the assignment lifecycle. Partnering with HR, business leaders, Finance, Legal, Payroll, and external providers, the Global Mobility Manager delivers mobility solutions that meet business needs while ensuring high-quality employee experience and operational excellence.

Global Mobility Operations - Manage international assignments, transfers, and repatriations; Advise stakeholders on mobility solutions, risks, and costs. Support complex cross-border mobility cases.

Compliance & Vendor Management - Ensure compliance with tax, immigration, employment, and social security requirements. Manage external mobility service providers. Oversee mobility compliance processes and reporting.

Compensation & Payroll - Manage assignment compensation and cost calculations. Coordinate compensation reviews for mobile employees. Administer shadow payroll, tax equalization, and reporting.

Mobility Programs & Reporting – Create and maintain mobility processes, guidelines, and documentation. Drive process improvements and digitalization initiatives. Develop reporting, dashboards, and key mobility metrics. Lead mobility projects and continuous improvement activities.

 

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law, Finance, or related field
  • Mobility, Tax, C&B, or Project Management certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of global mobility experience in a multinational environment
  • Expertise in international assignments, expatriate compensation, payroll, tax, and compliance
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint, reporting, and process mapping capabilities
  • Experience in workflow design, documentation, and process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and high level of discretion
