Tasks
Design, develop, and customize Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, with a focus on Customer Service Workspace / Copilot Service Workspace.
Customize model-driven apps, forms, views, dashboards, and business rules
Support digital contact center scenarios, including omnichannel engagement (chat, voice, email)
Develop server-side logic using C# / .NET plugins, console applications and custom workflows
Implement client-side customizations using JavaScript
Implement automation using Power Automate for service processes and integrations
Carrying out code reviews and quality assurance in development
Testing and commissioning of the created solutions
Optional: Provide support for Dynamics Marketing (Real Time Journeys / etc.)
Skills
At least 5 years’ experience developing with an object-oriented programming language. Preferably C#.
Strong experience in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM Environments and Dataverse
Experience in coding JavaScript in the context to Dynamics CRM unified client interface.
Experience with Power Platform (Mandatory: Power Automate, Nice-to-have: Power Apps)
Fluently writing and speaking in English.
Experience in using Azure DevOps is helpful.
