About the Role:

 

  • Evaluate Business needs and translate them into sustainable technical solutions.
  • Drive solution designs that meet business requirements, identify risks or technical debt and document necessary exceptions.
  • Consult how the business processes can be supported by IT systems and how process might need be adjusted to fully leverage the potential of IT systems.
  • Develop architectural designs and ensure alignment with the company’s IT strategy.
  • Coordinate technology functions and business for an ideal solution design. 
  • Own the architectural blueprint for the “domain” and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
  • Regularly review and evaluate the domain architecture for improvements, maturity, documentation quality and compliance.

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or comparable professional training.
  • 5–7 years of professional/industry experience.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English.
  • Note: Extensive relevant experience and proven expertise can replace the required degree.

 

Professional Competencies:

 

  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks.
  • Able to communicate complex architecture topics clearly to both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Skilled in building structured documentation, architectural models and application landscapes.
  • In-depth knowledge of domain processes.
  • Problem-solving, proactive, structured and collaborative mindset.
