Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Utilize advanced analytical tools and software to accurately forecast product demand across electrical connectors, industrial Ethernet solutions, and customized cable assemblies.
  • Develop and maintain demand planning models, ensuring alignment with market needs and production capacities.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, historical data, and market conditions to refine forecasts and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and production teams to gather relevant data and insights for demand planning.
  • Ensure seamless integration and optimization of demand planning processes within the company's existing workflow and systems.
  • Maintain and update demand planning tools and software, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with the production and inventory management teams to ensure that forecasted demand aligns with production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Participate actively in regular meetings and presentations, sharing demand forecasts and insights with stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.
  • Regularly interact with team colleagues, sales teams, production managers, and senior management to align demand planning efforts with business goals and objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training.
  • 3+ years of professional experience / industry experience.
  • Very good command of written and spoken English (position dependent).
