Hierarchy description:

The Senior leads significant projects or specialized areas of work, applying advanced skills and mentoring junior team members to drive improvement and innovation.

Purpose:

Activates the CPM framework with deep processual and technical understand. Ensures the data validity of the CPM data landscape by supervising the maintenance activities of the Professional Data Analyst.

Tasks and Responsibilities  

  • Responsible for building up the Business Partners knowledge of the CPM framework (primarily Project Managers);
  • Continously improving the CPM framework to increase the efficiency under given process requirements of stakeholders (e.g. project management, controlling, finance, accounting);
  • Key user for CPM BI Tools (currently PowerBI), R&D Project Planning Tool (MSPO, Nexus);
  • Supervising the maintenance of middlewares that are relevant for CPM BI Tools (Excels, Visual Basic Scripts, PowerQueries);
  • 2nd Level support for business partner for CPM BI Tools and R&D Project Planning Tools;
  • Support decision making by providing established CPM KPIs or creating ad-hoc Reports;
  • Develop and monitor CPM KPIs;
  • Leading workshops in interdisciplinary teams;
  • Support in execution of Synoptic and Incremental Budget Planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or comparable specialised training;
  • 5-7 years of professional experience / industry experience;
  • Very good command of written and spoken English;
  • Extensive relevant experience and proven expertise accepted;
  • Analytical thinking, solution oriented thinking, PowerBI and SAP knowlegde;
  • Programming (Java Script, Visual Basic Script, DAX).
