We are hiring for a Talent Acquisition Specialist role for our client, a growing organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate pipelines and update ATS records
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical roles
- Strong sourcing skills across job portals and social platforms
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Understanding of employer branding practices
- Experience in bulk/volume hiring
- Exposure to niche or leadership hiring
- MBA/PGDM in HR
