Objectives of the position
 Target achievement according to KPIs in GIE-Production footprint 4STH
 Goal achievement according to personal goal agreement (MbO)
Is responsible for:
 Coordination of regional change request / BME / phase out
 Control of local/regional change request related KPIs and standards
 Managing local and global Change requests and the realizations (ECR, ECN, MCN)
 Active knowledge transfer in the global operational environment
 Proactive communication with employees, superiors and interfaces
Education and professional experience:
 Completed commercial or technical vocational training
 Studies of a technical subject area or state certified technician
 Professional experience with regular stays abroad desirable
 Advanced english skills
 PC skills (e.g. MS Office, SAP, teamcenter)
 Knowledge of project management
 Basics of business administration
 Guidance and consulting
 Engineering knowledge
 Strategic planning
