A.   CORE OBJECTIVES – Integrated Management System

 

  • Responsible for Handling External Certification audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)
  • Responsible for Coordinating Internal audit with the CFT
  • Responsible for the requirements Implementation of QMS, OHSAS & EHS.
  • Responsible for Coordinating with Corporate team and keep the system in update as per HARTING standards
  • Responsible for Handling External inspection (Third Party inspections)

 

B.   Roles & Responsibilities

 

  • To implement & monitor the Quality systems in IN13
  • Initiate & Monitor action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities related to quality systems during Internal & External audits
  • Initiate & discuss with CFT for determining the Internal & External issues pertaining to QMS & OHSAS
  • Identification, Monitoring and  review of needs & expectations of the Interested Parties
  • Identify & monitor the action based on risk & opportunity analysis along with the support of CFT
  • Monitoring the effectiveness of the actions taken on Management Systems (QMS & OHSAS)
  • To Handle External audit and take necessary actions on the NC reported
  • Review & update any procedure regarding the system requirements of the CFT
  • Document Control update and handling and maintaining retention control as per HARTING requirements
  • Training to CFT on the system requirements (QMS & OHSAS)
  • Coordination with GIMS department to implement strategic projects and deployment of the same in unit
