Become a part of the international HARTING Technology Group as a 

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Proactive and leading cooperation with CN-located R&D departments to reach yearly targets of invention disclosures in-line with global IP strategy and guidelines
  • Initiating, organizing and conducting IP workshops
  • Conducting patent searches and interpreting the results with respect to current R&D projects.
  • Drafting IP applications in English or Chinese language
  • Coordinate the filing procedure and steer the patent granting procedure in according to global guidelines and strategy.
  • Local organization of monitoring third party rights
  • Handling opposition proceedings and supporting our external attorneys in this context
  • Preparation of technical statements on search reports and appeals.
  • Supporting the legal department in the enforcement of IP rights

Secondary Skills:

  • Completed degree in engineering or natural sciences
  • Professional experience in the field of connectors
  • IP knowledge and experience is desirable
  • Ability to precisely articulate technical matters
  • Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, structured, and meticulous working style
  • Good IT skills
