Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Familiarity with SAP and HRIS systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities.
Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
Knowledge of SAP SF system in a plus.
Min working exposure in MNC Culture.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. MBA/PGDM preferred.
7–12 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and HR systems.
Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
Experience recruiting for technical, manufacturing, or corporate roles.
Exposure to campus hiring, diversity hiring, and leadership recruitment.
Knowledge of psychometric assessments and competency-based interviews.
Passion for creating a great candidate experience and building long-term relationships with talent.
