In the role of responsible person for our production areas, particularly in laser technology, assembly, and connection technology, you will significantly contribute to fulfilling our manufacturing orders. You will ensure that all requirements regarding costs, quantities, deadlines, and quality are always met. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a small production team and further develop your leadership skills. A key part of your responsibilities will be the continuous optimization of our production processes and operational workflows. You will also be involved in the introduction of new products and the production of prototypes, programming our production machines for laser and SMD assembly. Furthermore, you will regularly accompany product and process audits to ensure that we always work with the latest technology.ten.

For this diverse position, you ideally bring a successful degree from a university of applied sciences (FH) or a comparable education in the fields of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, microtechnology, or mechatronics. You have already gained several years of professional experiences in the operation and programming of production equipment and have a strong interest in collaborating with customers from various industries, such as medical technology and automotive. Knowledge of IATF 16949 and experience with production planning/ERP and SAP are advantageous. If you are already experienced in leading a small team - great! We value excellent language skills in German or English (C-Level), both oral and written. Personally, you are characterized by motivation and proactivity, and you are ready to take on responsible tasks.
