About the Role:

 

  • Structure and run workstreams for group strategy and strategic planning cycles (e.g., materials, analyses, storyline, alignment inputs).
  • Develop strategic hypotheses, assess implications, and translate insights into clear management options and recommendations (problem solving + synthesis).
  • Support the management of strategic programs and transformation projects end-to-end: scope, workplan, stakeholder cadence, synthesis, and steering documents.
  • Drive “mini-PMO” routines: milestones, RAID logs, decisions, and follow-ups to keep initiatives on track.
  • Establish and maintain transparent tracking of strategy execution, milestones, and (where possible) value realization logic across the portfolio of strategic initiatives.
  • Create executive-ready materials (slides, one-pagers, decision memos) and support leadership alignment across functions and regions.
  • Work with Corporate Development, M&A, Market & Strategic Intelligence, and (future) Process Management on shared topics, analyses, and decision preparation—ensuring consistent fact bases and coherent storylines.

 

Qualifications & Experience: 

 

  • Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering (or similar); MBA welcome/preferred.
  • 2–5 (up to ~6) years experience in strategy consulting, internal consulting, corporate strategy, transformation PMO, or corporate development. 
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; comfortable with ambiguity; able to translate analysis into action.
  • Strong communication and executive presentation skills (PowerPoint/slide-based storytelling).
  • Fluent English (German is a plus; Spanish/Catalan are helpful for local environment).
